Two counties added to federal disaster declaration

The Kansas Division of Emergency Management has been notified that two additional Kansas counties have been added to a federal disaster declaration for Kansas dated Feb. 25, 2019. The counties added to FEMA-4417-DR declaration are Barber and Ottawa.
