Michelle Hannah during a change of command ceremony Sept. 8 at the Museum of the Kansas National Guard in Topeka. During the ceremony, Brig. Gen. Anthony Mohatt, commander of the Kansas Army National Guard, awarded Johnson the Meritorious Service Ribbon for his service as brigade commander.
