Kansas National Guard artillery battery to hold change of command Feb. 9

Headquarters and Headquarters Battery, 2nd Battalion, 130th Field Artillery, will conduct a change of command ceremony Friday, Feb. 9. The ceremony will begin at 7 p.m. at the Kansas National Guard armory, 108 N. 1st St., in Hiawatha. During the ceremony, Capt. Nicholas Carlson will relinquish command of the battery to Capt.
